1. Where can I buy the C# version of your book?

   The C# version of my book is not (yet) in print. My publisher does not see a market for it at this time.

2. Where can I get the pdf version of your book?

   There is no pdf version of this book in the public domain.

3. How do I download the web book?

   Downloading the web book is not permitted. See the copyright notice.

4. Where can I get the solutions manual?

   I have not yet prepared a solutions manual for the C# version of the book.

5. Where can I get the complete source code to the Opus6 library?

   The complete source code for the Opus6 library is not in the public domain. The C# program fragments given in the book are available here.
